The House of Yes (1997)

Finally! My crew and I are back into the swing of things, thus watching more than .5 movies a day. As per a minor obsession with Parker Posey and the high recommendations from an institution, we watched The House of Yes. More like House of No, right fellas?

The movie was pretty dumb -- almost as dumb as Freddie Prinze Jr., my former boyfriend in 7th grade. Wait, he was in this movie? And with whom did he co-star? Yes, that's right, Tori Spelling. This movie had a real brain trust going. Nothing makes you more in favor of required sterilization than seeing both FPj and TS on screen together. Now that's bad acting.

Parker Posey is obviously the diamond in the rough of this movie, but that's not saying much. Her deal is that she thinks she is Jackie O. and her brother is JFK. Pretty hot right? Turns out incest isn't that great. It was nice to tease the brother-sister pair that watched the movie, though.
