Ponyo (2009)

Ponyo, ponyo, ponyo, fishie in the sea! Cute is about the only adjective that can describe this movie. But not too cute -- just enough cute that you don't hate your country for needing to dub over this Japanese movie with Tina Fey's voice.

This movie is top notch, y'all. It's about a boy who becomes best friends with a fish. It also features feminism, sustainability, and the best movie theme song in a while. Thanks, Miyazaki!
